The Emma Johnston Fund is to be used for the development of new mission in a church or a cluster of churches of the Presbytery of Redstone within Fayette County.
New mission is understood to be programmatic in nature. Emma Johnston funds may be used for salary, staffing, or program materials.
Application for funds shall be made through the Committee on Ministry. The COM shall make recommendations to the Presbytery Council regarding the disbursements from the Emma Johnston Funds (Presbytery Manual 3.2022, 5.1008)
